Docol 355HE:Docol HR355Y430T HE is the next generation of hot rolled high strength low alloys with better local formability resulting in higher edge ductility and better trim quality. Docol HR355Y430T HE adopts a new and strict case control method of production, fine metallographic structure, is a pure steel, greatly improves the local formability, while still maintaining good overall formability, suitable for stamping most geometric shapes, and in the trimming quality affects the forming feasibility of the application of excellent performance. Compared with the traditional HSLA grade, this new method of producing Docol HR355Y430T HE has improved the quality of cutting edges, and the steel can well adapt to the requirements of mold adjustment and wear resistance, so it is suitable for precision blanking.
