Docol 460HE High Edge Ductility Steel (HE)

Docol 460HE:Docol HR460Y520T HE is the next generation of hot-rolled high-strength low-alloy steels with improved local formability, resulting in higher edge ductility and better trim quality. Docol HR460Y520T is produced using a new and closely controlled method. The structure is very fine. It is an extremely pure material that greatly improves local formability while still maintaining good overall formability. It is suitable for stamping most geometries and has excellent performance in applications where cutting edge quality affects forming feasibility. Compared with the traditional HSLA grade, the quality of the cutting edge obtained by this new method of producing Docol HR460Y520T has been improved. The steel can well meet the requirements of mold adjustment and wear resistance, so it is especially suitable for precision blanking.
